High Fiber Bran Bread

It's time to get out the bread maker.......Start your Holiday day off right with some healthy home made bread, that's not only good but good for you. I think everyone should have some kind of fiber in there diet so why not add it to your bread.

Bread is something that we eat each and everyday so making a high fiber bread is a great way to add the needed fiber your family needs so the next time you make a sandwich or get a slice of toast make sure it's some high fiber bread.

Healthy Holiday Day Bread

Ingredients

1/2 cups water, warmed at 100 to 110 degrees

2 tablespoons of carnation milk

2 tablespoons of canola oil

2 tablespoons of molasses

2 tablespoons of honey

1 1/2 teaspoons of salt

2 1/4 cups of whole wheat flour

1 1/4 cups of bread flour

1 cup of whole all-bran cereal

2 teaspoons of. dry yeast

Methods

Using your bread machine ........place all ingredients in order in Bread Machine. Select the whole wheat or whole grain setting and let your bread machine finish the work for you. Makes a 2 lb. loaf......Enjoy.

      I have never made bread or opened a package of yeast. I enjoyed reading this healthy bread recipe..Maybe I can find someone to make it for us. Voting up+++
