Hi sis-I was so thrilled with how this recipe turned out. So glad your daughter wanted this during the football game today. This is definitely the best recipe for artichoke/spinach dip I've ever had. Can't wait for the left overs tonight :-0

Yummy! I love spinach, artichokes, and cheese. I think if I were to make this I'd use plain Greek yogurt in place of sour cream. It has the same tangy flavor but is a healthier option (high in probiotics).

Now I want some spinach artichoke dip!
