Home Recipe Buttery Fried Chicken!

My Home Favorite Recipe!

Today well get started on a wonderful homemade recipe that was made in our family through lack of ingredients, it's a simple dish that tastes wonderful!

We Need:

  • a bag of boneless skinless Chicken breast, Cubed.
  • a tub of Butter, Blue Bonnet is great for this.
  • Tsp of Garlic Salt
  • Tsp of Onion Powder
  • Pepper to taste

Cooking Directions!

This is simple, heat your butter up in a skillet or pan, on medium heat, allow butter to melt all the way through, throw, half or 1/3's of your chicken in there at a time, too much can cause other parts to be uncooked, preferably, use a deep frying pan.

Sprinkle in the seasoning, and serve, it's great with a side of Mashed Potatoes!

This family recipe has been live for roughly 5 years now, my family loves it and it never get's old, also a cheap way to eat!
