Homemade pancake mix
Homemade Pancake MIx: You can adjust the amounts by the amount of mixture needed. I usually end up making for large groups so if you only need a small amount make it in smaller quanities.
1 1/2 Cups of Milk
6 Tbsp Melted Butter
5 cups of Flour
5 tsp Baking Powder
5 tsp Baking Soda
5 tbsp Sugar
A pinch of Salt.
You can add a cup of strawberries or blueberries if you like or a heaping cup of chocolate chips. I did it once with Chocolate chips and there wasnt any pancakes left.
You need to mix all the dry ingredients first and then add the wet ingredients and drop by spoonfuls onto a preheated seasoned griddle.
Cook until bubbling on one side and flip. Remember the less you flip the moister the pancake. Dont push them down to make them cook faster as this will dry the pancake out also.
