Jowar is very healthy and good cereal. We can prepare many recipes with Jowar like Roti, Dosa,
Idly, Upma and many more other..... I want to share my favorite Jowar Soup recipe with my viewers. This Jowar Soup recipe is very famous in villages.
Jowar Soup: Which makes your body cool and fat free
- Jowar Flour ¼
- Butter milk one cup
Prepare a mixture of butter milk and 2 spoon of Jowar flour day before preparing Jowar Soup. Next day take mud pot add 4 glasses of water and boil the water. Then add night mixture and add ¼ of Jowar flour to boiling water and cook for few minutes until it become like a soup.
Serve in a bowl you may drink directly or to add taste to that soup taste it with mango pickle.
Rice Soup to get glow on your face naturally
- One cup of Rice
- Excess of Water
Take one cup of rice wash the rice for 2, 3 times, after washing the rice pour excess of water to boil the rice, put up on gas stove to cook the rice. After cooking the rice 85% take the water from the Rice in steel or glass bowl add salt for taste to the rice soup and drink after cooling it. By drinking this soup your face can glow and you can free from Fats. Best food in Andhra Pradesh villages in ancient time.
Summer Special dry fruits Sweet Corn Soup
- Sweet corn
Take sweet corn, remove the seeds from the sweet corn, fry the sweet corn in ghee and boil the sweet corn in 1 liter milk after boiling it until become brown then add sugar and salt and stir it for sum times, and again boil it for 15 minutes. After boiling at last add Honey and dry fruits.
