How Do I Make Fudge The Easy Way.

In a heavy saucepan you will want to heat your sweetened condensed milk and your  chocolate. You will want to heat and stir until your mixture looks like a pot of melted chocolate.

For your Fudge you will need the below ingredients.

1. 3 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips.

2. 1 Fourteen Ounce Can Sweetened Condensed Milk.

3. 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract.

4. 1 Teaspoon Salt.

5. 9 Inch Square Pan.

6. Wax Paper To Line Your Pan.

Cook your chocolate chips , the sweetened condensed milk , the salt , and the vanilla extract in a heavy sauce pan until your pot looks like a pot of melted chocolate. Do not overcook. You want to line a 9 inch square baking pan with wax paper and pour your chocolate mixture out into your pan and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of four hours.

Once it has been in the refrigerator for four hours lift out the wax paper with your fudge in it and turn out onto a flat surface and cut your fudge up into one inch squares.

We've been doing something similar for years but its even easier:

1.5 bags of milk chocolate chips (or white chocolate)

      1 can sweetened condensed milk

-put chips in microwave safe bowl, pour milk over them, microwave for about 2min. Stir til smooth, microwave longer if needed. Pour into greased 8x8 glass pan and refrigerate til firm.

So easy and SO rich and delicious, :)
