Easy Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled eggs are delicious at any time of the day however they are an awesome way to start the day off and make for a delicious breakfast.. They go great with toast but if you want you can eat them by themselves or with some bacon/sausages would make for a great breakfast. They also require very little preparation so if you are in a hurry and only have a few minutes to prepare something these microwaved scrambled eggs are perfect. The only ingredients which you will need are 2-3 whole eggs, grated cheese, milk and a little salt and pepper to season them with at the end.. I made a video on how to make this recipe a little while ago when I first started making videos and have just re uploaded it to my new cooking channel called Mitchyboys Kitchen..

Cook Time

Prep time: 5 min
Ready in: 5 min
Yields: serves 1 person

  • 3 Eggs
  • A Little Milk
  • A little Cheese

Scrambled Eggs Directions

  1. The first step is to crack and whisk together 3 medium- large sized eggs into a bowl.
  2. Now add a little milk and grated cheese to your eggs and whisk all of the ingredients together. ( watch the video below to get an idea of how much milk and cheese to add)
  3. Now you want to place your bowl in the microwave and put it on for about 1-1:30 minutes and then get your bowl out and give the scrambled eggs a whisk and return them to the microwave for another 30 seconds and then get them out and whisk them again and then carry on doing this until you reach the desired thickness.. It is very important that you follow this step.

Below is the video that I recorded a while ago that shows you step by step how I make my scrambled eggs. Be sure to check it out if there is any confusion on how to make this recipe. Thanks for reading my hub.
