How To Make A Healthy Cherry Tootsie Pop Smoothie

I tried this concoction of ingredients one day and ended up with an amazing healthy smoothie that, believe it or not, tasted right like a cherry tootsie pop! Here’s what I used:

*I don’t have exact amounts. If you want more in your smoothie, add more ingredients, if you want a smaller smoothie, add less. The ratio to which you add things will not matter.*


Vanilla Yogurt
Orange Juice – Less makes it thick, more makes it runnier.

Frozen Strawberries (about 5-10)

Frozen Blueberries (About a Half Cup)

Body Fortress Chocolate Whey Protein: 1-1 ½ scoops

Splash of Water

*In case you don’t have frozen fruit, just add some ice!*

Blend all ingredients together, pour into a glass, and enjoy!
