How To Make A Rib Crib Bar-burrito
Rib Crib Bar-burrito
I Love Rib Crib Bar-burritos so I studied one and tried to make one of my own MMMMMMmmmmmm!!! It worked.
You will need: 1 Package of sun-dried tomato tortilla's
1pnd of Ribb Cribb Chopped Brisket or Chicken
(Note: If you can't afford Rib Crib Meat You can substitute with hamburger, just it's not as good.) ( You also can smoke your own meat of course.)
1 can of Ranch style beans
1 med/lg pkg of shredded cheddar cheese
Rib Crib BQ Sauce or your own favorite choice
Sour Cream ( Lettuce and Salsa optional)
Caramelize the onion, then add the meat, beans and some BQ sauce, let it slow simmer until nicely mixed and bubbly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
While that mixture simmers take the sun-dried tomato tortilla's and line them with cheddar cheese generously. After the meat mixture is complete pour on your tortilla ( make sure you don't put too much where you can roll the burrito, but use enough). Put burritos on a greased pan and put in the oven at 400 degrees until crispy and cheese inside is melted ( approx 10-15 min you know your oven). Take them out and serve immediately with drizzles of BQ sauce and sour-cream on the top ( lettuce and salsa optional, I prefer BQ and sour cream). These make large burritos, you can make mini versions or cut them in half. Yields around 6- 8 maybe more
Barburritos cost around $8 at Rib Crib, You can feed your whole family for $15 to $20 These are great for entertaining, I have served these at Christmas before.
