If you love garlic you are going to love this amazing Dip!

This Garlic Chickpea Dip is not only good but also very healthy for you as well. I will give you an easy to read recipe with instructions so that you can make this wonderful dip for you and your family or any special occasion. Many people love making great dips for that special event that is unique and special and something different as well.

Cook Time

Prep time: 15 min
Ready in: 15 min
Yields: serves 4 to 6 or more/ great for Special Occasions


  • 1/4 cup of Italian parsley
  • 2 cloves of fresh organic garlic
  • 1 can of chickpeas rinsed thoroughly and drained
  • 3/4 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice


  • Wash the Garlic and Fresh Italian {arsley with running water.
  • Mince or finely chop Garlic and the Fresh Italian Parsley
  • Then Take all ingrediantes and blend this in your food processor untill it is smooth and soft consistancy.
  • Cover and refridgerate for about 2 hours and pull out about 15 mins early before serving


  • You could also put this into a pot and simmer slow on medium low heat and serve warm immediately
  • Add some cayenne pepper or jalepenos as well.
