How To Make Homemade Pizza Step by Step
Today we decided to make a pizza for Lunch infact my wife decided it :) and share our recipe with you because i made her falling in love with a piece of pizza . We like pizza with a lot of ingredient. You can change ingredients what ever you want.
1. 300 ml water
2. 3,5 cup of flour
3. 2 table spoon of sugar
4. 2 table spoon of oil
5. 2 tea spoon of salt
6. 2 tea spoon of leaven
First off all you need a home bread maker or you should buy bread dough from a baker. I preffer to make dough myself, i think it is more delicious. First, put the water in the baker case, later put the flour all over the surface of water and put sugar,oil,salt and leaven but the last four should not mix each other(you can put them each corner of the baker case).Then choose ‘making dough’ program.Two hours later your dough is ready.
Ingredients of Pizza
1. 300 gr of Turkish style fermented sausage ( You should choose sausage which is from Kayseri, province of Turkey) slice it up
2. 300 gr of Veal sausage slice it up
3. 200 gr of Mushroom (If you find not cultivated natural mushroom it can be delicious) slice it up
4. Two Onion slice it up
5. 500 gr Kashar cheese grate it
6. Special sauce( I will give the recipe)
1. 500 gr tomato
2. 250 gr capsicum (hotness is up to you)
3. 8-9 cloves garlic
4. 2 tea spoon of salt
5. 2 tea spoon of olive oil
I make my sauces as canned food end of the summer days and I use this sauce for pizza, pasta or these types of food. I will give you another recipe more practical for use with your pizza. Put the Ingredients above in a preesure cooker and and cook them half an hour. Later, put them in saucepan and use your blender for your sauce. You can use black pepper, dried mint, thyme, basilicum
Now You are ready to make your own pizza!
First of all, put your dough into you oiled braking dish. You should expand you dough all surface of the braking dish with your hands.Secondly, put your sauce on your dough. After your sauce first ,put your kashar cheese on your dough later, put your silced Turkish style fermented sausage, Veal sausage, Mushroom, Onion.
The last put some kashar cheese all over them. Put it in the preheated oven to 180 degrees and wait approximately half an hour and you can take it and wait five or ten minutes before eating. İ hope you like it Good appetite
