You can make your own herb tea at home. Instead of getting commercial preparations sold at drug stores, why not settle for more? Yes, you can get more by doing your stuff as naturally as possible. Use fresh natural ingredients.

  • 2 pieces fresh lime fruits.
  • Water 50 cl.
  • Fresh or dry lemon grass.

Instructions

  1. Wash cucumber in fresh clean water.
  2. Cut cucumbers into small chunks as shown.
  3. Put this into a fruit bowl.
  4. Peel and wash onions.
  5. Cut same as the cucumber.
  6. Put this into another bowl.
  7. Wash and chop the chilli and garlic and add same to the onion.
  8. Wash frying pan and put on low heat.
  9. Put 2 tablespoon of peanut oil or substitute into frying pan.
  10. Add 2 pinch of salt and the ginger powder. Add the peanuts.
  11. Cook and and stir for 2 minutes.
  12. Add the fresh chili, onions, ginger and red chili powder and a pinch of salt.
  13. Stir for 1 minute.
  14. Add the green pumpkin leafy and stir well for another 1 minute, and it is done.
  15. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  16. Add this to the sliced cucumber and stir thoroughly.
