How to Make Chocolate Lava Cookies

- 1 whole egg
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 tesaspoon baking soda
- 100 grams butter, melted
- 100 grams chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sugar, white
- 1 and a half cup flour, sifted
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Chocolate Lava Cookies
Step 1: Mix all the dry ingredients
Pour the flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar to a mixer bowl.
Step 2: Mix all the wet ingredients together with the dry ingredients.
Pour the egg, melted butter and melted chocolate chips to the mixer bowl.
Step 3: Mix it all together
Use an electric mixer to mix it for 5 minutes. Turn it to the lowest speed to avoid any flour dust or any mess in your kitchen.
Step 4: Grease your cupcakes baking tray
Grease your tray with the use of pastry brush and vegetable oil. This procedure will refrain all the cookies from sticking to the baking tray.
Step 5: Mold the batter into a well-shape cookies
Use the ice cream scoop to mold the batter and to measure the batter. You want all your cupcakes to have the same size and shape.
Step 6: Pour the melted chocolate
With the use of a teaspoon, pour the melted chocolate to your well-shaped batter. The bigger is the mouth of your well-shaped batter, the more melted chocolate you can put inside your cookies.
Step 7: Mold the batter flat
Make a cover of your cookies by molding a spoon of batter
Step 8: Decorate your cookies
Put chocolate chips on top of your batter. Just be a little bit gentle in putting your toppings because you might squeeze out the chocolate filling inside.
Step 9: Bake for 20 minutes
Bake it for 350 degrees Fahrenheit after preheating the oven. Insert a skewer in the middle of cookies to test if it is already cooked thoroughly. If no batter stick on the skewer then it is already cooked.
Step 10: Serve and eat
Let it cool for several minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream and eat your chocolate lava cookies.
