Moist &Juicy Chicken Breast

I don't know about you but chicken breast can be one of the driest piece of meat you could every put in your mouth, it did not matter if it was fried baked or broiled it still was dry barbecue sauce would sometimes save it and I said sometimes.

One of the ways to make your chicken moist and juicy is using mayo .....that's right mayo what the mayo dose is holds the juiciness in the chicken and add moisture at the same time what this little trick does is bring out the natural flavors of the chicken and support the flavors that you add to you chicken breast.

I know the question your asking is how do you do it..........With that being said this is what I do.

Panko Breaded Chicken Breast

Using 4 boneless chicken breast I combine 1/2 cup of mayo and a 1/4 cup of finely parmesan cheese and I mix them well then set to the side.

I season my chicken breast with sea salt, smoked black pepper and garlic powder.

Place the chicken breast on a baking sheet then get out 1/4 cup of panko bread crumbs,.

Taking your mayo and Parmesan mixture.....spread it on the top and sides of the chicken breast then sprinkle your panko bread crumbs on the top and sides of the chicken breast.

Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees then place the chicken breast in the oven and cook 15-20 minutes or until you see clear juices coming out ...remove let set 3-5 minutes then and enjoy
