Oeufs au plat


  • 04 eggs, chicken
  • 01 table spoon, butter
  • 1/3 cafe spoon, salt
  • 1/3 table spoon, ground pepper


A fried egg is an whole egg fried with minimal accompagnement.

Following these templates or your own:

  • Serve two eggs with crispy bacon, back bacon, sausage or chorizo.
  • Smashbrown potatoes & toast or two eggs, two sausages, two strips of crispy bacon.
  • Smashbrown potatoes & toast, buttermilk pancakes or a half waffle.
  • How about serve with green onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, diced tomato & relish on multigrain bun, fresh fruit or London's salad instead of smashbrown potatoes?

  3. Wash all the eggs before cook, use paper towels to dry them before crack.
