How to do toast

How to make toast, toast is so easy to do, however, sometime you can burn it, however I do like burn toast. There are a few ways of making toast, by an open fire which is really nice, but not that often you get the chance these days. By a grill which is one of the most common ways of making toast now. Electric toasters, they come in a 2 toaster, 4 toasters or 6 toasters, up to 6 sliced at a time and then these oven toasters too.

What is toast?

What is toast, Toast is basically sliced bread, which is browned on both sides. Browning sliced bread by exposing to heat turning the sliced bread into a golden-brown colour over a short time.

How to make toast

How to make toast. First always make sure the gill is hot or the toaster as warmed up before to start to do your toast. An open fire will be hot, but be careful not to burn yourself.

I normally have brown bread, as I don’t like white bread that much, but it’s down to you, which you use. Once the gill is hot, place you sliced bread under the grill, keeping an eye on the bread are not to burn it, once it’s golden-brown or the desired colour you like. Turn the bread over and do the same on the other side being careful not to burn yourself. After you have done both sides you can then enjoy your toast by spreading butter or jams onto it.

Using electric toasters is easier than the grill and you can do up to 6 slices at once. With the electric toasters you don’t have to turn the sliced bread over to do the other side. Set the toaster to the desired settings and place the bread into the toast and wait for it to pop and ready to enjoy.

On an open fire you will need a toasting fork, as so you don’t burn yourself while you are toasting the bread, be careful. Do one side and then carefully turn the bread over to do the other side. Carefully not to burn the toast too much as with an open fire it’s quicker the grill, electric toaster and oven toasters. When both sides are both, it is ready to enjoy.

Oven toasters set to desired settings. One lays down slices of bread horizontally on the tray, closes the door and the toaster will start, once done the toaster turns off, bit similar to a microware.

What to put on the toast

What you put on your toast once you have made your toast? Toast can be enjoyed with butter, jams, marmalade or any other spreads you may like. Toast is commonly eaten at breakfast time, but it can be eaten at any time of the day.

Take care and have fun.
