Chicken Noodles in easy steps
Noodles is one of the delicious dish which is more popular among children. Not only for children, noodles is also one of the favorites of all ages. In China and Japan Noodles is very popular. There are various types of noodles are available that are made from rice, wheat etc. Noodles is also one of the healthy food for all people. Noodles is a thread like food which is simple to cook and delicious to eat. Only few minutes are required for the preparation of Noodles. Variety of noodles dishes such as chicken noodles, egg noodles, vegetable noodles can be prepared. The recipe for the preparation of chicken noodles is shown below.
Ingredients for the preparation of Chicken Noodles
1. Boneless Chicken - 2 cup
2. Noodles(Cook 3/4 in the water till dry) - 100 gram
3. Onion - 1, chopped into small pieces
4. Capsicum - 1, chopped into small pieces
5. Carrot - 50 gram chopped
6. Ginger - 1 piece chopped
7. Red chili powder - 1 spoon
8. Soya sauce - 1 spoon
9. salt - as per need
10. Oil - for cooking
11. Garlic - 5 pieces chopped
Method of preparation
1. Take the boneless chicken pieces and fry it using oil in a frying pan.
2. Now fry the above said chopped ingredients( Onion, Capsicum, carrot, Ginger and garlic) using oil.
3. Now add Red chili powder, soya sauce and salt to it.
4. Then take the cooked noodles to the mixture and stir it.
5. After cooking take the noodles mixture and add to the fried chicken pieces and stir it well.
6. For decoration we can put some fried noodles above it and Chicken noodles is ready to eat.
