How to make Miniature Pot Pies

This recipe is quick to cook and doesn't cost much to make. Mini pot pies are delicious and will leave your family wanting more. On top of that, they only take four ingredients to make!

Serves four


  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Layers refrigerated biscuits

Directions for Miniature Pot Pies

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Meanwhile, in a medium sized bowl, combine the vegetables, chicken, and soup. Mix it all together well.
  2. Press each biscuit into 5 1/2"-inch rounds.
  3. Place one round into each 8 greased regular-sized muffin cups. Firmly press it against the bottom and up the sides, forming 3/4"-inch rim.
  4. Spoon a good 3/4 cup of the chicken and veggie mix inside each biscuit and gently pull the edges of the biscuit over the filling towards the center. Pleat and pinch the dough gently to hold in place.
  5. Bake them at 375°F for 20 to 22 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown. Cool for 1 minute and remove from pan. Allow time for the inside to cool, cut top to vent if needed.
  6. Enjoy!
