Quick and easy is this recipe for apricots with caramel. First step is to make the caramel in a flat casserole designed for microwave cooking.
Take 4 tablespoon of water, 4 tablespoon of sugar, a pinch of salt and also a pinch of cinnamon in the casserole. These ingredients should be mixed by stirring. Now take 2 ounces almonds in fine slices in the casserole and after stirring let it for 5 minutes in a 600-watt microwave. When the sugar has brown colour, it is ready for stirring again and the next step.

You can prepare the ten or eleven fruits in the time, when the caramel is cooking in the microwave. They should be washed and cutted in halves. Stirring 3 tablespoons of cream in the hot caramel with great attention, then put the fruits in the casserole. In a 600-watt microwave is the dessert ready in 10 minutes. Serv with cream when the fruits are lukewarm.
