No need for Ice cream Machine

We mostly don't have an ice cream machine in our home. Well, no problem you still can make it easily and it won't taste any bad.

You only need 3 ingredients to make this which will definitely be in your fridge.

But to make it the absolute best you need to carefully follow the instructions I give you in this hub and you would definitely be able to make a brilliant Peshawari Ice cream

Ingredients to make Peshawari Ice cream

  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup sugar, powdered

With only these three ingredients you can make one of the tastiest flavor of ice cream and you would never ever regret after making it. It may take you up to 2 days to completely make this ice cream. Be patient and you will make one of the best ice creams in the world

Instructions

  1. Boil half liter milk and add 2 cups of whipping cream into the milk. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes on low flame and then add 1 cup of powdered sugar into it. Mix until the sugar gets dissolved. Bring the mixture to room temperature and then freeze it for 7 to 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Once the mixture is frozen you need to blend it in a food processor until it gets a creamy texture. Then freeze it again for 7 to 8 hours or overnight.

It demands a little bit of patience but it's worth it. You need to make this ice cream and enjoy it with your friends and family

If I was a critical critique I would still rate this ice cream a whopping 5 star. What do You Think?
