Exams days are coming. To improve the memory and health of your children parents have to prepare some healthy salad recipes. Here i am sharing such one recipe named Fruit-Nut salad which is very delicious and contains iron,fibers,vitamins,proteins and calcium. This can be used as a 'Exam Energy Booster'.

  • 1cup Apple, Squarely sliced
  • 1/2cup Pineapple, Squarely sliced
  • 1/4cup Pome granate
  • 2tspn Grapes, Dried
  • 1tbspn Date, Sliced
  • 5tbspn Almonds and Cashew, Crushed
  • 3tbspn Honey
  • 1/2cup Cherry, Sliced
  • 1ns Banana, Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cheese(optional), sliced


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except cheese(optional) and place it in a freezer for 15 minutes.
  2. Serve in a plate by pouring some honey over it.
