White sauce cutlets are prepared in three different steps. For the purpose of preparing white sauce cutlets, you need to do three different things;

Time to prepare

Prep time: 30 min
Cook time: 5 min
Ready in: 35 min
Yields: serve four people

Mixture, peta sauce, frying

  • 2-1/2 cups Boiled chicken, chopped
  • 2 Onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Butter or oil
  • 1/4 cup White Flour
  • 3 tbsp Butter or oil
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp White flour
  • oil, for deep frying
  • bread crumbs, for coating

Method for cutlets

  1. For peta sauce In a pan add; - 1 tbsp of Oil/Butter, - 1/4 cup of white flour, - 1 tsp of salt, - 1/4 tsp black pepper, Now add 1 cup milk to it and cook until it gets thicker.Stir the spoon during the time it is being cooked.
  2. Mixture In a saucepan, pour 1 tbsp oil into it. Add the onions chopped and let it change it's color to golden brown. - Add garlic, - Add chicken boiled, - 1 tsp salt, - 1/4 tsp of black pepper, Remove it from the stove now..
  3. Add the peta sauce to the mixture. Add coriander into it and mix with hands. Now shape the prepared mixture into cutlets.
  4. For frying Start coating the shape prepared firstly by -Egg, Secondly -White flour, Finally -Bread crumbs.
