Idaho Potato Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Cold Mashed Potatoes
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Cup Cocoa
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Chopped Nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and cream together your Butter and Sugar. Add in one at a time your eggs and blend well.
  2. Next add in your Potatoes and Vanilla Extract and combine Flour, Baking Soda and Cocoa. Lastly stir in your Chopped Nuts and pour into a 13x9 pan and bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy your Idaho Dessert! :)
