Breakfast- most important meal of the day

Breakfast is the most important and essential meal of the day.
One should have the habit of having a heavy Breakfast everyday morning.

Benefits of eating breakfast

  • Breakfast helps to prevent strokes.
  • It also prevents heart attack and sudden death.
  • It helps lowering body cholesterol levels.
  • Improved concentration.
  • Gives more strength.
  • Helps building healthy brain.
  • Activates all body cells

The word BREAKFAST itself tells that you Break your fast as it is the largest gap as you're asleep and fasting for the past 8 to 12 hours. The body requires more energy to run throughout the whole day due to long gap.

It’s always good to have a heavy breakfast and a very light dinner as in dinner you do not have much time to burn the calories before you go to sleep.

The proverb truly says:-

"Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince, Dine like a Pauper"

People who eat a good breakfast everyday have more energy than others who actually skip their breakfast. Breakfast is important to manage your weight and potentially lose weight by eating less calories throughout the day. Its always advisable to have a heavy breakfast which keeps us going for the whole day.

Our metabolisms are most active in the morning. which means that we will be burning most of the calories throughout the day that we have in the breakfast. It is also scientifically proven that fat are mostly burnt in the morning, and fat storage, in the evening. So if you eat a healthy breakfast in the morning, you will boost your metabolism to burn fat and calories, and will give your body a good energy at the start of the day.

So start kicking that habit now of having Breakfast Everyday.........
