K Cups - Make you own single serving cups of coffee

Updated on January 3, 2012

Are you tired of spending way too much money on coffee every day? Do you wish you could get your daily java fix in a more cost-effective way?

Keurig is a US-based company that developed the K-Cup coffee system, so that coffee addicts can make their own single serving cups of coffee. The company claims that its products count for over 2 and a half million cups of coffee brewed each and every day.

If you work in an office environment that has a single-serving coffee machine available, chances are that is was made by the Keurig company as well.

In the K-Cup system, the coffee ground is contained within the K-Cup, a small little container that is placed inside the K-Cup coffee machine. All that that the user needs to do is insert the K-Cup into the machine, and in less than a minute, with the help of the hot water added by the machine, their coffee is ready.

K Cup coffee, anyone?

The refillable brew is something I have meant to do. PCUNIX helped me save up to 50% by shopping for my k cups at Sam's Club. He deserves a commission for his membership referral.

Love Sam's Club and saving money - even with just a family of two - just my coffee addition (the only drug I do is caffeine).

I love my Keurig. The coffee is great and the hot chocolate is even better. I never leave home without my cup to go .. sure beats Starbucks and more money in my pocket ;)
