Evening Healthy Snack

Updated on August 2, 2012
4.5 stars from 4 ratings of Pakka Vada

Pakka Vada

Pakka Vada is a common dish in Kerala for the evening time. It is a crispy snack with little tartness and salty. It is very easy to prepare and it won't take much of your time. Try this in your home and give me your feedback.

In my recipe I used a die to make it ribbon type. The shape is not necessary. You can use hands to squeeze the dough. Moreover it is too delicious. Once you tried this your family will love it.

Madam, Apology for this. In Kerala mother's hygienically washed bare hands are used for mixing. And this is not too much spicy. Try it in home.

Madam Grace D it is very pleasure to me you are the first Commenter of this hub. Thanks for the visit.

Asafoetida is a common ingredient in India. If its must of course my pleasure to help you. In our mother tongue it is called as "Kayam".
