Healthy Ingredients for your salad



  • 1 chicken breast, skinless
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar, wine or apple
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced or chopped
  • 1 small onion, red, white or yellow
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 medium can sweet corn

How to do it

  1. Heat grill to medium, after that rub the chicken all over with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and the sweet paprika. Cook for 4-5 minutes each side until lightly charred and cooked through.
  2. Thickly slice the chicken and add the rest of the ingredients, also the oil.If you don't want or don't have any kind of vinegar, you can use lemon juice. Serve it with toasted bread or crackers, and you an add sauce like tomato sauce or mayo. Enjoy
