LCHF Royal Chicken Pie

  • 250g Chicken Breast, Cubed
  • 50g Fresh Spinach, Chopped
  • 100g Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 3 Rashers Streaky Bacon, Chopped
  • 50ml Virgin Olive Oil
  • 200ml Fresh Cream
  • 200ml Cheddar Cheese, Grated
  • 3 Eggs
  • 25ml Almond Flour
  • 5ml Paprika
  • 5ml Salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Fry together the chicken, spinach, mushrooms and bacon in the olive oil till cooked and all the liquid has evaporated.
  3. In a bowl mix together the cream, eggs, cheese, almond flour and seasoning.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture into a 30cm pie dish and pour over the egg mixture.
  5. Bake for approximately 45 minutes until firm and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot or cold
