Lamb recipe - Tasty Fried Lamb with Rosemary

Ingredients for Fried Lamb

  • 1kg lamb
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 garlic glove melted
  • 1 tablespoon dry rosemary
  • salt pepper
  • 1 liter water
  • Any other spices you like

Instructions how to Cook Fried Lamp

  1. Wash the lamb, place it into pot add water and boil for about 5 min.
  2. Into frying pan add olive oil and place it on fire. Once olive is hot enough add the meat. Fry well until all sides have brownish color.
  3. Add chopped onion and melted garlic. Fry all together for few more min.
  4. Empty the vinegar into the pan and add salt, pepper and rosemary. Low the heat and keep it cooking for 40 min.
  5. Serve the lamb warm with rice, fried potatoes or cooked vegetables.

      Wow, cook this one for me, heehehe just kidding. I've tasted fried lamb chops just once before and it was actually ok, as far as I am concerned I didn't remember the smelly factor of the lamb or I think it was in the cooking that eliminated the smell. I will definitely try your recipe, the other ingredients are easy to attain and the cooking seems easy to do. Up and useful. :)
