Chili Mac

You can make delicious chili mac by cooking a pound of rigatoni or penne noodles and then after they are done mix them in a bowl with two cups of the chili with no beans from above and then add a cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix everything up together well and then serve.

Frito Pies

Have you ever heard of a Frito Pie. You put Frito corn chips in the bottom of a dish and then put chili with no beans on top of the Frito Corn Chips. On top of the Frito Corn Chips you want to put shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and diced jalapenos. Some people heat the Frito Pies in the microwave to melt the cheese before they add the sour cream and diced jalapenos.

Have you ever had a homemade Frito Pie. Why not tell us all about it in the comment section below. In case you don't know Frito Pies are delicious.

Lets Make Homemade Chili Cheese Fries

What I do is cut my own homemade french fries leaving the skin on the potatoes when I slice them into french fries. I make sure I cut them thin so they will fry up crisp. I then fry the home cut french fries and when they are done I put them in a wax paper lined basket and then I pour a large serving of the no beans chili on top of them and then I top that with a gig hand full of Mexican Cheese and then I put the fries and cheese into the microwave and let the cheese melt completely.

When the cheese is melted I take them out of the microwave and sprinkle the top of the chili cheese fries with jalapenos and on top of that I put a tablespoon of sour cream and a tablespoon of guacamole and I end up with the best chili cheese fries in the world. If you want the best chili cheese fries in the world be sure to use the chili recipe you will find here to make the chili to go on your chili cheese fries.

If you do you'll have the best chili cheese fries in the world. I have made this dish using Tater Tots instead of home cut french fries and people love it made this way. I also make one of the best Tater Tot Casseroles in the world.

I really enjoy making comfort foods like the chili cheese fries. Over the years I have worked on refining the recipe until I think I have truly made the Worlds Best Chili Cheese Fries. I use the best name brand Mexican Cheese in my Chili Cheese Fries. As the old saying goes you get what you pay for. If you going for the best taste possible then go with the best ingredients you can find. Chili Cheese Fries is just not the place for low fat or fat free ingredients.

Another way I do it is sometimes I leave the fries out all together and instead of fries I use Frito Corn Chips and when I make it this way people just go slam crazy and try to eat all of them. Especially if you get the cheese just melted and when it comes out of the microwave you add the guacamole and the sour cream and serve at once. You end up with a delicious combination of flavors that people aren't going to soon forget.

If you have a ripe mango around peel it and cut it up small and use the mango and vanilla ice cream and make mango milk shakes. With the Chili Cheese Fries and the fresh homemade mango milk shake you end up with a gourmet meal that you won't soon forget. You can jazz the mango milk shake up with whipped topping and a maraschino cherry.

Chili Cheese Fries Casserole

I really enjoy making this casserole and almost everyone who ever tries it says it is one of the best things they have ever tasted. The below ingredients will make a 13"X9" casserole dish. Be sure to spray your casserole dish well with vegetable cooking spray before you make the casserole.

For Your Casserole You Will Need.

1. Four Cups Home Cut Fried French Fries Chopped Up Small.

2. Four Cups Of No Beans Chili.

3. One Fourth Cup Sweet Onion.

4. Two Cups Shredded Mexican Cheese.

5. One Fourth Cup Sour Cream.

6. One Fourth Cup Guacamole.

7. One Fourth Cup Fresh Chopped Chives.

You will want to start by putting your french fries into the bottom of the casserole dish and then put your chili on top of your french fries. Now put your cheese and onions on top of the chili and put your casserole into a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until your cheese is well melted.

Now when you take the casserole out of the oven let it set there for about 15 minutes and then spread the top with the guacamole and the sour cream. Now sprinkle the top with the fresh chopped chives and you now have one of the best casseroles you will ever eat.
