Light Chicken Fry

Today people wants to have some thing that is not very spicy but that is at the same time is also very tasty. So, therefore I have come up with a new recipe which is good for those who are having a light diet and also for those who have just recover from a fever, and do not want eat much. After fever most people are weak because they do not find foods very tasty. So, for them this food is the right thing to have. You can made it very easily in a very short time and with a very minimum ingredients.

Yields: Serves 4 people in a dish.


  • 500g Chicken, Boneless
  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 tea spoon Pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup Garlic, Grated
  • 2 cups Onion, Grated
  • 2 tea spoon Green Chile, Grated
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves, Grated
  • According to Taste Salt
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 3 table spoon White oil

How To Prepare It

  1. First take the chicken and cut it into 1/2 inch size and then marinate it with lemon juice and pepper powder for 20 to 25 minutes.
  2. Now put a frying pan on a gas oven and add white oil to it. Allow the oil to get heated up and then add grated onion, garlic and green chile in it. Let it fry for few minutes. Add the marinated chicken in it. Now add salt to it and and cover the frying pan and simmer the flame.
  3. Give some time, and let the chicken get cooked for few minutes. Now add tomato sauce in it and then garnish it with coriander leaves. Now serve this light chicken with salad and enjoy its taste.
