Sauceless Spaghetti

Spaghetti I love it ....I love it most with some fresh meat balls cooked inside the sauce there is nothing better ...Well t what I thought until a friend of mine had his grandmother make this spaghetti dish that was sauce-less ....yes sauce-less plus there was not any meat, This dish only had green peppers and tomatoes and it was really great so I ask what is the name of the dish they called it little Italian so to day I want to share this dish with you to try ....I'm telling you try it your going to really love it.

This dish is super simple and one more thing it's even good cold you come on and follow this recipe.

Little Italian Spaghetti


2 tablespoons of olive oil

4 green pepper (sliced in slivers)

2 tablespoon of garlic powder

10 cherry tomatoes (sliced in half and placed in a bowl)

#9 spaghetti noodles (cooked to package directions)

Sea salt and Black pepper to taste


Using a large frying pan heat up your olive oil, add your green peppers and sprinkle over the garlic powder. When the peppers start to caramelize add your tomatoes mix well with the other ingredients turn off the heat and your noodles mix in well add sea salt and black pepper to taste and enjoy..
