Easy Key Lime Pie Recipe
Do you love key lime pie? Do you know how fattening it is? Well, my husband loves this pie so much and I have made it over the years. But as we are getting older and the weight is not coming off as fast (well, we are collecting more pounds I believe) It was time for me to start making the low calories version of this wonderful dessert. I mean, we love food and desserts so much that it was definitely time to look at the food we eat dailey and/or routinely. So after many attempts, I finally have invented my own recipe that is low in calories, low in fat, truly easy to make and absolutely delicious. Just try this recipe because you will love it and start making it for all to enjoy. Light, easy, quick minus the calories that is soooo worth it.
Key Lime Pie - Great Low Fat Recipe!
Key Lime Pie Receipe - So Fast & Delicious
4oz of Cream Cheese (use the light or fat free version)
3 6oz Light Yogurt, flavored Key Lime Pie (I like weight watchers)
6oz of Light or Fat Free Cool Whip
1 Graham Cracker Crust
Let the cream cheese softened, after it has softened mix it in electric mixer until it is creamy. Add the 3 containers of yogurt, mix thoroughly. Add the cool whip; mix all ingredients until it is fluffy white. Spoon into the graham cracker crust and put into freezer for one hour. Then move dessert to refrigerator to stay cool.
Excellent low fat option to a wonderful dessert! Pair it with any meal, I like to have it after BBQ ribs (with corn) or with Chicken and sweet potato soufflé. It is a excellent compliment to almost any main dish. Your family or friends will love this low fat dessert!
