How to judge food quality in small Restaurants..
The quality of food we eat and the quantity that is eaten both are important in arriving at a decision on quality of food.Young people may eat more and still judge the quality while elderly persons cannot judge the food if they eat more.Same food taken at lunch and dinner may suit some and may not suit some.Same is the problem with fried food.Person to person food will be different.There are people who do not even touch some food that contains Onion and Garlic.Both are considered as non vegetarian in certain communities and for certain people.the smell of onion and garlic itself makes them lose their apatite for eating.
There are few people who will go hungry but will never eatables which contains tamarind paste and Snake Gourd.pumpkin is another vegetable not eaten.There are still other foods that contains onions or garlic.There are others who do not eat certain type of vegetarians who do not eat any vegetable that grows under the earth like potato, beetroot,radish,carrot, tapioca etc.There are some people who do not eat Rice of any type.Some eat only Boiled Rice.Many do not eat Boiled Rice.They consider boiled rice as already cooked and do not accept it.cooked items of any kind.There are restaurants who tell the customers how they cook.Few others cook what the customers want .Herbal food,Satvik Food and Vedic Food are few types that are specially offered to persons in some places.There are others who tell the customers the type of food they serve.
There are places like Kerala the only place in India who cook everything by using as required only Coconut Oil.The people of Kerala fry everything only in Coconut Oil.There are few special eatery's who cook only food eaten in villages.Few do not use even milk in their food and say its from animal and so not to be eaten.There are people who cook and fry everything only using pure cow's ghee only and never use any type of oil.There are people who use for cooking and frying only in some type of oil like ground nut oil or mustered oil or some other oil like Olive Oil or mix oils of two types for cooking.
