A Poor Eating Habit will make you feel LETHARGIC with low energy.

This feeling of sluggishness will make your day drag because it’ll take you longer to accomplish basic tasks and you may feel crummy.

A Bad Mood attracts all the things you are unhappy about! A foul mood may create friction which sinks you further into a downward spiraling slump! Heartache at times will represent itself in a disease, excessive worry and broken relationships. WHO NEEDS THIS!

It takes less energy to act in a good mood with a pleasant smile attracting goodness, instead of frowning that creates a plethora of winkles with a miserable life situation.

Foods That Increase Energy

What foods will increase your energy and leave you in a better mood? The list is extensive; however, any food that has the least amount of packaged material and is minimally processed is ideal. This means you need minimally cooked your meals instead of eating at a fast-food restaurant or eating out in general. Regulating the amount of sugar, sodium and processed fat go a long way in increasing your energy level and mood. Increase your consumption of raw produce and avoid foods that contain artificial ingredients, additives and food coloring especially soda.

Juicing vegetables are the king in turning you into a healthier person with heaps lot of energy. Remember carrots and beets pack in a lot of sugar and they need to be mixed with more green vegetables. Did you know that mostly all the nutrition of carrots and beets are on their skins?

When juicing make sure you add back some of the fiber your machine squeezed away and make sure your vegetable juice is a little bitter. You could warm your vegetable drink using an old fashion stove and not a microwave oven. Microwaving food kills all the nutritive content of food and makes a meal literally dead in value turning it into useless calories that bring down energy levels significantly.

You may have a surge of energy then be hit with a feeling of sluggishness or low energy. You'll gain extra pounds and not be motivated to exercise.

Avoid overcooking and burning your food because, burned bread crusts, for instance, produces a variety of carcinogenic substances and so does barbecued meats. Eating over processed food has the added disadvantage of making you feel hungrier sooner because your cells aren't being nourished. You'll want to eat more and will be craving foods loaded with high calories.

It takes time for the taste buds to change. Once you get the taste of eating high nutritive foods that increase your energy and keep you slim you'll never want to go back to your old eating habits.

    This is really too sad agaglia! People get very addicted to sugar; their good health drastically begins to fail because of it. It is so simple to make healthier food choices.

    Yes. I agree with you. Americans are eating way too many processed foods and way, way too much sugar. I see so many people who are literally sugar addicts.
