Making Sweet Nutritious Orange Peach Juice and Its Health Benefits In My HealthMaster

Updated on August 18, 2012

Quick 5 Minute Recipe for Orange Peach Juice in a HealthMaster

5 stars from 1 rating of Orange Peach Juice

The Making of the Orange Peach Juice in my HealthMaster

I just got the Health Master for my birthday. This unit is like a blender and juicer put together except it has 1,100 watts of power which is two horse power. A standard blender only has 300 watts of power. With a regular juicer, you lose all the fiber and some nutritients. Plus, a juicer is hard to clean. It takes me about 25 minutes to clean my juicer, but the Health Master only takes 5 minutes to clean.

Health Benefits

As oranges go, they are loaded with vitamin C which prevents colds, cancer, and other infections. The potassium in oranges also stabilize blood pressure. Oranges also contain good amounts of vitamin A which is good for the teeth, eyes, and skin.

Peaches are loaded with vitamin C, calcium, vitamin A which are good for teeth, bones, and fighting infections.

Both oranges and peaches are loaded with these antioxidants that not only slow down the free radicals that cause cancer, but also slow down the aging process.
