Mango Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
Ripe Mango (pureed) - 2 Cups
Ripe Mango (chopped finely) - 1/2 Cup
Gelatin - 2 tbl spn/ China Grass - 10gm
Condensed Milk - 3 tbl spn
Sugar - 5 tbl spn or to taste
Water - ½ Cup
Oil for greasing the bowl
Method
Take gelatin in a bowl with cold water and keep it aside for 10 mins. Boil water in another vessel and switch off the flame and mix the gelatin in it.Then combine the sugar, condensed milk , mango puree and mango pieces into it . Pour this into to a bowl coated with butter/ghee. Refrigerate it for around 2 hours. By using a knife invert it and put it into a plate. Slice it into several pieces and enjooooooooooooooy!!
