Mango Shake – A Famous Indian Drink With Procedure And Ingredient

Mango Shake is also known as Mango Lassi in some part of India. This is a very healthy as well as tasty drink. Preparation is totally trouble free and children can also make it. Give it a try today in your own kitchen and serve it to your dear ones.

Ingredients (For 4 glasses)

  • Yogurt 3 glasses
  • Crushed ice 1 glass
  • Ripe mango pieces or pulp 1 glass
  • Sugar as per your choice; even you can avoid sugar if the quality mangoes are good
  • Dry fruits chopped 4 tsp
  • Vanilla ice cream 4 tsp (or more as per your choice)

Procedure

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it to make a smooth mixture
  • Pour out into glasses
  • Add ice cream on the top
  • Add chopped dry fruits
  • Serve cold

      Mmmmm mango! We make a similar drink/pudding which we call mango and lime whizz -just mango puree, squirt of lime juice and cream :) deeelish! Thanks for sharing. Take care!

      Mango lassi is my absolute favorite! I lived in southeast Asia for a year and had many mango shakes. They're the best.

      I simply take some fresh mangoes from the tree (I have four of them) and after washing and peeling,cutting in pieces put them in the shaker,some sugar a lot of squash made of roses some ice,nothing like this great drink in this weather.
