Matcha Green Tea Fudge

Yields: Serves 28 pieces

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/2 tbs. Matcha Green Tea Powder, Plus 1 tsp more for dusting
  • 11 oz bag White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 tbs. Butter
  1. Heat heavy cream to a slight boil.
  2. Pour white Chocolate chips in a bowl. When heavy cream is heated, pour over the chocolate.
  3. Stir until fully melted and add butter and vanilla. Stir until chocolate mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Sift in green powder. Pour over baking pan (preferably 8"X 8") lined with parchment paper. Place in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
  5. When the chocolate has harden and set, remove parchment paper and cut into any size you desire. Dust with remaining green powder.
