Melt in Your Mouth Eggless Jam Tart
Great baking idea for vegans or during fasting period. Excellent for functions or an anytime treat.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 4 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 385g any jam
- 100g icing sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Cream margarine and sugar
- Add Vinegar
- Add vanilla essence
- Add flour and baking powder
- Knead well, forming a soft biscuit dough
- Keep aside a 1/4 dough for grating
- Press onto a non-stick cupcake baking tray
- 1 teaspoon helping of jam to each tart
- Grate dough on each jam tart
- Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes till light brown on top
- Once out the oven and cooled, dust on some icing sugar
- Ready to serve
