Mint Garlic Yogurt Sauce

Yogurt sauce is very healthy and easy to make. Yogurt sauce can be served as a dipping sauce for various appetizers such as Indian Samosa and Afghan Bolani. This yogurt sauce is also great for topping variety of dishes to enhance flavor. It can also be served with plain pita bread or naan for a quick and healthy snack or lunch. The mint in the yogurt sauce neutralizes the pungent smell of the garlic while adding a wonderful aroma and intense flavor.
