Mobile Espresso Bar
What's the hype all about!
The coffee industry has been booming for some time now, in fact coffee is the second most traded commodity to oil. This rise has seen coffee shops opening up left right and centre. In London you can't walk 100 yards without seeing a coffee shop within stones throw; so the coffee wars begun.
This trend of fashionable coffee shops has led to a new trend, the mobile espresso bar, and I'm not talking about your local greasy spoons trailer selling black water. A new wave of quirky conversions serving speciality coffee from furthest corners of the world.
Fairway Coffee Cab
Why own a fixed coffee shop when you can own a mobile one. If business isn't doing so well just drive away to a new spot. Taking your coffee to where the customers are instead of sitting in a shop waiting for them to come find you.
Instagram @fairwaycoffeecab is one such quirky conversion. Utilising an old fairway taxi once used to transport London's social elite and riff-raff around the city. The cab has been professionally converted with state of the art equipment serving a blend of speciality coffees from Columbia, Brazil, Costa Rica and the Congo.
Coffee To Go!
The #coffeecab uses a Fracino duel fuel espresso machine that runs off the vehicles leisure batteries and gas combination.
The vehicle does not need generators or external power and can operate a 12 hour shift using its built in power system.
