MomA's Creamy Cashew Graham Fridge Cake

Updated on February 28, 2016

Being home as a volunteer MomA (Mom Angel) almost 24/7 except for some weekend out with my Reach Kids (Rewarding Effort And Compassion to Hopeless Kids), i was thinking of doing something nice and easy desert to feed our kiddos.

It made me miss our family old time fave "Betty's Sans Rival" taste tingling with buttery taste and rich cashew flavor so i thought of making my own version that came up with MomA's Creamy Cashew Graham Fridge Cake.

SO easy...

All you need to have is a packet of Graham Biscuits, one can of Nestle's Cream, one can of Condensed Milk, Butter (1/4 cup) ,100 grams of Cashew (which i manually smashed with the bottom of the not still opened can of condensed milk to not so tiny bits punching the cashews while still inside the plastic pack when i bought it from the groercery).

1.Mix the cream, butter and condensed milk, blend it thoroughly until mixture is smooth and creamy.

2. Put one layer of Graham biscuits evenly in a pan or lunch box

3.Pour over the creamy mixture

4.Sprinkle over the "smashed" cashews

5.Repeat the 1st step to 4th step three times

6. Cover the top layer with more creamy mixture then sprinkle with pulverized graham biscuits

7.Keep in the freezer for an hour before serving.

ENJOY your desert!
