Momos chutney recipe

Onion – 1 (sliced)

Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon

Sugar – ½ teaspoon

Water – 50 ml

Vinegar – 1 tablespoon

Salt – as required

Mix the above ingredients. Momos chutney is ready

Momos dip recipe

Garlic (thin slices) – 4

Whole dry red chili – 1

Arromat – ½ teaspoon

Tomato Sauce – 3 tablespoon

Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon

Soya Sauce – 2 tablespoon

Vinegar – 2 tablespoon

Salt – a pinch

Heat tomato sauce and put garlic paste. Cut dry red chilly into 4,5 pieces and put. Keep in low flame for few minutes. Now add other ingredients. Momos dip is ready.

Onion Tomato chutney dip

Onion – 1 (sliced)

Tomato - 1

Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon

Ginger and garlic slices – 2 teaspoon

Soya sauce – 1 tablespoon

Water – 50 ml

Vinegar – 1 tablespoon

Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon

Coriander leaves – 10 leaves

Garam Masala – ½ teaspoon

Ghee – 2 tablespoon

Salt – as required

Heat ghee, add ginger slices, garlic slices, onion and fry. Add finely chopped tomato and coriander leaves. Add chili powder. Add garam masala and salt. Cook for 1 minutes. Add water and bring it to boil. Now add black pepper powder, vinegar and soya sauce. This is a delicious dip for chicken momos.

Tomato chutney recipe

Tomato – 1

Onion – 1

Garlic – 2 cloves

Ginger – a small piece

Chili powder – 1 tea spoon

Salt – to taste

Oil – 2 tablespoons

Fry all the ingredients in oil and grind in mixer grinder

Mint chutney recipe or Coriander leaves chutney recipe

Mint leaves – one handful (for coriander leaves chutney use a big bunch of coriander leaves)

Green chilies – 1

Tamarind pulp – 2 teaspoons

Salt – to taste

Water – 25 ml

Mint chutney: Grind mint leaves, chilies and tamarind pulp. Add salt and water.

Corriander leaves chutney: Grind coriander leaves, chilies and tamarind pulp. Add salt and water.

Curry leaves chutney recipe

Curry leaves – 2 bunches

Cocunut (grated) – 2 tablespoons

Shallots – 5 pieces

Tamarind pulp – 2 tablespoons

Green chilly – 1

Salt – to taste

Ginger – a small piece

Water – 2 table spoons

Grind all the ingredients in a mixer grinder. Chutney is ready

Roasted channa dal chutney recipe

Roasted channa dal – 2 tablespoon

Grated coconut – 2 tablespoon

Chilly powder – ½ teaspoon

Ginger – 1 small piece

Oil – 2 teaspoon

Salt – to taste

Grind roasted channa dal, coconut, ginger chilly powder and salt together. Heat oil and put this mixture. Do not cook. Just make it warm. Chutney is ready.

Tomato Vinegar chutney

Tomato – ½ a tomato

Onion – ½ an onion

Chilly Powder – 1 teaspoon

Vinegar – 2 teaspoon

Water – 50 ml

Grind tomato into paste and add water. Add thinly sliced onion to it. Add vinegar and chilly powder, salt
