Mom's Italian pasta dish!

This recipe is one of my favorite dishes. It's tasty, fun to make, easy to make, and the most important thing it taste amazing.

Yields: Serves 2 People


  • 250 g or 9 oz Creme Fraiche
  • 325 g or 12/13 oz Canned Ham
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 12 oz Penne
  • 2 cloves Garlic

How to do it!

  1. First thing you must do is to cook the penne for 8-10 minutes tops. when the pasta is boiling you can start to cut the jello off the Canned ham, then you simply chop the ham into chunks and put it into a larger serving bowl. Cut the cucumber in half and cut it into medium size pieces and ad them to the serving bowl. ad to cloves of crushed garlic. When the pasta is ready simply just pour out the water in your sink, and pore the penne in the serving bowl. ad the creme fraiche, season with salt and pepper, and the dish is ready to serve!
