Mouthwatering Chocolate Cake 2

Rich Chocolate Cake

Whether it's an occasion, a get together, or just a regular quite Sunday indulge yourself, family and guests with this extremely rich chocolate cake. The strong flavor of this cake is amazing!

½ cup (105 g) of vegetable oil

1 cup (230 g) of water

6 tablespoon (42 g) of unsweetened cocoa powder

4 eggs

2 cup (380 g) of sugar

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cup (200 g) of all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ cup of natural yogurt

Filling Ingredients:

½ cup (96 g) white sugar

6 tablespoon (43 g) of powdered milk

4 tablespoon (28 g) of unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ cup of water

½ cup (105 g) of vegetable oil


1. In a saucepan at a low temperature add vegetable oil, water and cocoa powder and melt together until cocoa is completely melted.

2. Put batter aside to use warm.

3. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F.

4. With an electric mixer, beat at low speed the egg with vanilla extract and sugar.

5. Add the warm cocoa batter.

6 .Add the baking soda, baking powder and yogurt. After adding all ingredients mix at high speed until batter well-blended, around three minutes.

7. Cover a 9 inch round cake pan with melted butter then sprinkle some flour on top and shake the pan so that the flour is spread evenly all around.

8. Pour batter into the cake pan.

9. Bake for 45 minutes or if a wooden pick inserted in center should come out with just a few moist crumbs on it. Don’t over bake.

10. Leave cake to cool.


1. In a saucepan at a low temperature mix all filling ingredients together. Boil at low until all ingredients are well-blended.

2. Put the mix aside to use warm.


1. When cake is ready pour the warm filling mix to cover all cake.

2. Refrigerate at least half an hour.
