Chanroth is a smoothie maniac! I love making smoothies and I ONLY use fresh fruits when I’m making smoothies. Many restaurant or store uses frozen fruit to make smoothie but I considered it a ‘fake’ smoothie because I believe that ‘real’ smoothie has to come with ‘real’ FRESH fruits. My fiancé and family call me the smoothie specialist because I make lots of good smoothies. The blender and I are life long best friend. I have always dream that someday I own a small smoothie shop but its just a dream that I cannot strive. Here are some of my homemade delicious smoothie recipe:

Fresh Strawberry Avocado smoothie:

Half of an avocado
Low fat milk
1 Tablespoon of Sweeten condense milk
Ice
1 teaspoon of sugar and blend
Thinly slice 6 fresh strawberry and layer it 3/4

Chocolate milk avocado smoothies:

Half fresh avocado
Low fat milk
1tablespoon sweeten condense milk
Ice and blend
Then add 2 or 3 little chocolate chip candy
Add pearl in the glass
And pour the smoothies in
And add chocolate milk on top
2 ice cube/crushed ice

Fresh Strawberry Mint leaves smoothies:

6 strawberry
5 fresh mint leaves
Milk
2 tablespoon Sugar
Ice

Strawberry Banana cashew lemonade smoothies:

10 fresh strawberry
1 fresh banana
2 Tbsp of cashew
1 cup of water and lemon
Chopped mint leaves

Fresh Strawberry Lemon smoothie:

6 fresh strawberry
1 pealed lemon
Ice
Water and blend
And blend…

Fresh Banana with Chia/Sesame Smoothie:

2 banana
Low fat milk
1 tablespoon of sweeten condense milk
Ice and blend
Add Chia / Sesame seed on top

Fresh Duran Jackfruit layered smoothie:

1 fresh Durian
Low fat milk
DO NOT ADD sweeten condense milk because Durian is already sweet
Ice and blend

IMPORTANT: After the smoothie is well blend, add the 3 piece of Jackfruit slowly blend it to mix. After that pour the smoothie in about half the cup and add fresh jackfruit on top of it then pour in the rest.

I happen to go grocery shopping today and I found your recipe. I had left over avocado and don't know what to do with it because tired of eating it. My dad hated avocado but after I decided to try your recipe, my father loved it. He said your avocado smoothie is amazingly delicious! I added everything just like what you wrote and strawberry, he loved it. I just added a little more sugar because it wasn't that sweet. My kids are drinking them right now as well as I. Thank you!I'm enjoying it. My husband made banana smoothie and he loved it.

These combinations sound rather interesting. I am almost ready to try some of these creations. However, do the avocados contribute any strange tastes? Also, I like that you don't use yogurt, since many yogurts have gelatin and are not vegetarian friendly!

Hi Poli, The avocado has a creamy taste. When your adding milk and sweeten condense milk, all you did is you just add extra creamy texture to it and a light sweet taste. Some like to add extra sugar and its up to you if you like it a little sweet. Like carrot smoothie for instant, I do not add sugar because carrot is already sweet unless the carrot isn't sweet, I add condense milk to give it a creamy taste. There is not strange taste to it, just light sweetness creamy avocado. I do not like using yogurt as well. Thanks :)

I have not ever been successful in creating a great tasting smoothie, these look great(I will most likely be adding a scoop of vanilla protein scoop, I hope that doesn't kill the taste ha).Voted Up!

Those look amazing, sure beats the usual throw whatever is in the fruit bowl into a blender method I use. I will give a couple of those a go!

Though I have seen the name of smoothie in many juice & milkshake shops but have not tried it. After reading your interesting hub on your smoothie recipes, I decided to try them at home as I like fresh fruits and relish them in any form be it a real fruit, juice, milkshake, etc. Your list of smoothie recipes are impressive and the pictures look yummy.

Thank you for sharing. Rated it useful and awesome. Vote up and socially shared.
