What is Nature Box?

Nature Box is a healthy snack subscription service. Every month you get full-sized bags of snacks delivered to your door. The basic package, which includes 5 bags of snacks, is $19.99 per month. You can also upgrade your package to a bigger plan to get 10 bags for $29.99 or 20 bags for $39.99. Shipping is free with all plans.

Obviously, if you have a big family, you'll want a bigger plan. But if your family is small and you just want to graze on healthier food options, you probably will be fine with a basic plan.

Every snack included in the box is nutritionist approved, so you can feel good about what you are putting on your body. Every month the snacks change, so you'll have a lot of variety. You can get everything from granola to veggie chips.

Honey Mesquite Almonds

These almonds are slightly sweet yet smoky. They taste exactly as you'd imagine. Very nice snack and filling, too. There are a total of four servings in each package, so it is a good value to get these packages of almonds in the box. I've tasted better almonds, but these are still very good. I'd give them a B+ rating.

Cherry Berry Granola

My husband was just complaining about how we somehow have no cereal or granola in the cabinets. So, this was a nice snack to get in the box! A slightly sweet granola with dried cranberries, cherries and nuts. Lovely, light taste. Great for snacking, on yogurt or with milk. This is actually one of the better granola I have had. It gets an A rating from me.

Nature Box Snack - Granny Smith Apple

Granny Smith Apple

This is one snack that is smaller than the rest. There are only 2 servings in each bag and each serving is 100 calories. This snack actually disappointed me a bit. I was expecting crisp apples but instead they tasted soggy and were far too chewy. This was my least favorite snack in the box. I'd give it a C.

Nature Box Snack - Sunshine Chips

Sunshine Chips

These are a winner. Perfect salt level and amazing flavor. Savory yet somewhat sweet because it uses sweet vegetables, like sweet potatoes and green beans. I like these a lot and if given the option, I would order them almost every month. So good. I'd give it an A+. And in case you are wondering, there are 4 servings in each bag and each serving is 130 calories.

Toasted Cheddar Stix

This is a savory snack with a cheese flavor. They are small and only 150 calories per serving. There are 4 servings in the package. When I first bit into these I was instantly hooked and I knew I tasted an interesting flavor. Sure enough, these contain sesame seeds. That's why they were so addictive to me; I am in love with sesame seed bars in every shape and form, so it was so pleasant to try a new snack that incorporates sesame seeds. I'd rate this snack A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++ (Infinite pluses, yes).

I HIGHLY recommend trying out this service. I subscribe to the Family Snacker, which is 10 bags per month. I will be keeping this subscription for a long time. Right now there is no choice to pick your own snacks, but Nature Box has said that in the future they will be rolling out the option. For now, you can get surprise snacks in the mail that are good for you! If you are looking to snack healthier, you should give this service a try.
