No Bake Doughnuts

Yields: serves six people

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Sugar, granulated
  • 5 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • a pinch Salt
  • 1/2 cup Milk, for kneading the dough
  • Oil, for frying
  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add egg and butter. Make the dough with the help of milk. The dough should be a little firm. Knead for 5 min. Put it in a air tight bag for 30 min.
  2. Take out the dough and flatten it with the help of rolling pin. Make shapes with the help of doughnut cutter. If you don't have doughnut cutter, you can use glass and bottle cover to make the shape.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with chocolate sauce.
