No-fail 100% Whole Wheat Bread via A Bread Machine
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon oil, (olive oil is best)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons gluten flour, (mixed in with whole wheat flour)
- 4 cups whole wheat flour, (fresh ground red winter wheat best)
- 2 teaspoons fast rising yeast
- Put into bread machine in order given and set either at the whole wheat setting or the rapid whole wheat setting.
- When baked and cooled, slice and enjoy!
